Aircraft on-site Technical Representation
Our qualified personnel will act on behalf of aircraft operator or owner as the On-site Technical Representative to monitor airframe heavy checks, refurbishment, and major modifications. The on-site technical representative will closely monitor and gauge the activities and process of the MRO or Working Party per the agreed work scope, standards and schedule, and to liaise with all concerned parties to ensure timely logistic support, and active correction of discrepancies. The on-site technical representative will regularly and timely update the customer on work status and progress, and take all initiatives to ensure work completion on time and meeting customer’s expectations.
Aircraft Lease Term Audit/Inspection
Our technical consultants will represent aircraft owner or lessor to perform audit on an aircraft subjected to lease agreement and specific lease conditions. The audit covers physical inspection of the aircraft and detail review of aircraft records to determine the most up-to-date status of the aircraft and major components. A comprehensive inspection report providing detail of the aircraft’s current configuration, modification, maintenance, repairs and airworthiness status, will be submitted to aircraft owner/lessor on completion of the audit. Any non-compliance to the lease agreement, or issues likely to be a matter of concern at time of redelivery will be highlighted for special attention of the aircraft owner/lessor.
Aircraft Redelivery/Delivery Management
Aircraft redelivery/delivery is handled on project basis. Our designated project team is to work closely with lessor, lessee, the MRO, engineering companies, and relevant regulatory authorities for achieving a seamless transition of an aircraft, not only meeting conditions of the lease agreements and applicable regulatory requirements, but also of the best value for the customer in term of time, cost and quality.
The project team will follow through the aircraft transition, from pre-redelivery preparation to successful delivery of the aircraft, viz:
- Participate in Redelivery/Delivery Preparation (Kick-off) Meeting;
- Communicate with the customer for thorough understanding of the lease agreement and of the redelivery/delivery conditions;
- Perform Pre-redelivery or Pre-lease Inspection;
- Review and confirmation of Lease Return Check or Delivery Check work scope;
- On-site representation during Lease Return Check or Delivery Check for full aircraft inspection and records review, validation and acceptance;
- Monitor any modifications, additional works called up by the customer;
- As necessary, assist in aircraft parts/materials sourcing, handling and disposal.
- Assist in presentation of the aircraft for airworthiness inspection by the authority;
- Compile a complete aircraft records/documentation folder in digital form for customer.
Aircraft Records Audit & Management
Aircraft documentation is essential in determining the status and value of an aircraft, engine, and the major components. Subjected to specific request, or being part of an aircraft audit, or redelivery/delivery, our technical records specialist will collect, review and consolidate all essential aircraft records and documentation and put together a full document package in paper and in digital form for the customer. In the event of handling aircraft records originally in Chinese, our technical records specialist has the expertise to verify the English translation or to provide English translation service.
